About the Role

As a QA Specialist with us at Polypeptide, you will be an important colleague in ensuring the quality of documentation and product – a very important cornerstone in the pharmaceutical industry. Since our operation in Limhamn consists of the entire value chain, you are someone who enjoys collaborating closely with other parts of the organization.

We are looking for someone with experience as a QA Specialist who wants to be part of an engaged and ambitious department consisting of 30 colleagues divided into two teams – QA Operation and QA Compliance. In this role, you will belong to QA Operation.

As a QA Specialist, you will:

• Be responsible for reviewing batch documentation
• QA approve SOPs
• Release products, raw materials, and deliveries
• Manage changes, deviations, and complaints
• Act as customer support
• Participate in customer and regulatory inspections, investigations, and risk assessments

QA has a wide range of tasks, and there are development opportunities in several different areas.

Requirements for the Position:

• University degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or engineering
• Previous work experience in pharmaceuticals or Medical Device operations according to GMP is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as both languages are used in the work
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in reviewing batch documentation according to ICHQ7 is a plus
• Experience in QA work for projects in clinical phases is highly meritorious
